Inspiring Chocolate:
Momotombo - Who knows how to eat chocolate better than the people who grow it? Momotombo are a Nicaraguan chocolate makers who do everything from planting the beans to wrapping the bars. Completely natural, amazingly fresh and made by people who have a genuine knowledge of every single thing that happens to their chocolate, it's everything I would like to be. As soon as I know how to I will import their chocolate.
Zotter - I cannot say enough about the amazing imagination of this man. Just look at his flavours, they're unbelievable. A small selection of the bars are available from Flaneur and one or two other shops in the UK, but if you want to try his odder flavours then you can order them from his site directly.
Vosges - Based in Chicago, Vosges is the most interesting chocolate to come out of the States ever. They say on the site that their chocolate's are available at Selfridges, sadly they're not any more, but if enough of us write and complain then maybe they will bring them back.
Seventypercent - The definitive online resource for chocolate: reviews of just about every decent bar of chocolate ever and a very respectable shop to boot, need I say more?
